Excellent video hideHo. Lots of criticism from Paulo Sargento on way Team Mccann operating:

If you are familiar with 'Spinning Wheel' by Blood, Sweat and Tears, you may remember the fairground/clown jingle just before the end. It in synch with the 'detectives' photos...lol

Do you know what is causing the sound problem? There are lots of causes but I found that 'Advanced System Care' solved mine in one of the scans. It's free for most of the maintenance scans.

That fairground jingle is rather reminiscent of Laurel and Hardy's 'Cuckoo' tune.

Very apt regarding Edgar and Cowley IMO.
