Thieves steal car with children in the back

What a terrifying experience for their mother.

It's made me think that the likelihood of children being deliberately harmed in these circumstances is very remote. There have been a few cases over the years where it's been claimed that children have been in cars that were stolen and then have either been found dead or never found at all.

"Good honest" car thieves will soon dump the car with children safe and well when they realise what they've done.
