Exactly.And i am certainly not holding my breath as far as any convictions are concerned.I doubt thats been writen in stone yet and i expect there's a few twitchy bums as i think there's a few more in the queue.

I don't know how Shahid Malik has escaped prosecution. He bought his house in London before entering parliament, which he then claimed as his second home, his first being a very cheaply rented place in his constituency. Also, he sold a house in another town up north, though I can't recall where off-hand, claiming it was his first home and he didn't pay Capital Gains Tax. He claimed that he paid huge amounts of extra rent on the ground floor of his rented house in the constituency to use as an office, although using one's own home as an office and claiming was not allowed, but he got away with that.

The term, "Benefit Cheats" only applies to those who have seen their jobs, lives and families degraded by the cheating scum in Westminster who call themselves 'Honourable members'.

The same self righteous soul selling vipers who are touting for us to re-elect them into power. The same smooth talking ingrates who send our servicemen and women to fight illegal wars without adequate equipment.

These same pontificating bastards could give Mugabe an 'A' level education in corruption, corporate theft and political manipulation.

Well, one positive thing is that the rules for second homes are going to change and MPs will no longer be able to claim mortgage on a second home. They will be able to claim for rented property. This means that we, the public, will not be buying houses for them which they will do up at our expense and sell at a profit. Nice work while they could get it!

Dont worry Anna,they will be suitably rewardedcompensated for that sacrifice with a nice little pay rise i am sure and they will without doubt be able to outflank those rules by 'renting' from friends at preferential terms as well.

Yes, they'll get round it, as I'm sure Shahid Malik got round paying rent on the ground floor of his cheaply rented house by renting from a buddy, who said yes, he does pay extra rent on this part of the house.
