Actress Demi Moore wants her estranged husband Ashton Kutcher to
pay her spousal support.
In a court filing on Thursday the Ghost actress, 50, also asked for lawyer's
fees from her soon-to-be ex.
The Two And A Half Men actor makes a reported $700,000 (£433,195) per episode
and was the highest-paid US TV actor last year, raking in $24m (£16m).
He filed for divorce in December more than a year after his split from Moore
went public.
Kutcher did not take a position in his initial filing on whether he should
pay Moore any spousal support.
He also did not specify a separation date. Moore listed November 17, 2011 -
the same day she publicly announced the split.
Kutcher is now dating his former co-star Mila
Kunis
There is no indication the couple had a pre-nuptial agreement.
The pair, separated by a 15-year age gap, married in September 2005 and have
no children together.
Moore has three daughters - Rumer, 24, Scout, 21, and Tallulah, 18 - from her
previous marriage to Die Hard actor Bruce Willis.
At the time of the split, Moore said in a statement: "It is with great
sadness and a heavy heart that I have decided to end my six-year marriage to
Ashton.
"As a woman, a mother and a wife there are certain values and vows that I
hold sacred, and it is in this spirit that I have chosen to move forward with my
life."
Kutcher, who will star as Steve Jobs in the biopic jOBS to be released in the
US next month, is rumoured to be moving in with current girlfriend Mila
Kunis.
Kunis and Kutcher first met when they starred together on the TV series That
'70s Show, and began dating last year.
