Shoppers in England face charge of 5p on Supermarket bags .....in 2015
Wales adopted this Policy over a year ago and people are using the re-useable strong bags supplied for10p at the Supermarkets, or trolleys....no problem!!! I don't know why Scientists have not created a biodegradeable bag before now. As for 2015 implementation , Nick clegg and Cameron are using this as a sop to vote Conservative...no chance the Voters will be taken in by this.
When the Welsh Government decreed this, several supermarkets said they would donate the 5p to various Charities, I have yet to see one Supermarket publishing how much was actually donated.
