The EU was arguing that under EU rules life sentences can be contested during the sentence by Human Rights Court......I'm glad Britain is not giving in.

The EU is far too intrusive on a Country's Rules, what did successive PM's sign away without reference to the People first?

I'm delighted to hear this, Panda. I think there are evil people who should never see the light of day outside a prison.

I am so glad our Judges saw common sense AnnaEsse, if we don't fight for our right to Govern our own Country , the EU will eventually govern US completely . They are trying to put the screws on Salmond and Barosso nor Carney should be commenting at this time, I just hope he can find a way around the currency problem .
