This is probably another 'if I am elected' ploy , he really is scraping the Barrel and sincerely hope he is 'maggie thatchered' before the next Election.

A couple of years ago protesters with Wind Farms in their area asked that they be removed , and even though it was known that these Wind Farms supplied less than 10% Electricity , he did nothing.
