I watched this last night and found it very sad and also felt very sorry for the medical team. They had done all they could but it seems that he wasn't in the right frame of mind and wasn't able to help himself in the end.

It's another form of depression IMO. Here's another incredibly talented, lovely person who tragically died because of his weight.

I SAW THE OTHER NIGHT THAT HOSPITALS ARE SPENDING THOUSANDS ON EQUIPMENT FOR OBESE PATIENTS LIKE REINFORCED BEDS ETC.
