Whether this summit will provide any reassurance on how to deal with IS is debateable, but the sight of a Norman Castle in the High Street, functioning, is bound to interest the Leaders.
Needless to say, the disruption in the City is immense, roads closed , diversions etc .....i just hope it is a peaceful demonstration.
