Since you have to be a British citizen to sign this petition, I was unable to do so.  However there is another one which is open to people who live in other countries.  You can choose to have your name eliminated from publication if you wish - the target is 1,000 signatures - to the Home Office.

Just checked this petition and noticed  "#74" on the list was submitted by  "Mr. Carter Ruck" with the notation  "You were late with your payment this month Mr. Bennett."

It's good to see that many people from the U.K. are signing this petition as well as the one mentioned in the "topic".
