I'm not so sure Marky, the Oligarchs have moved their money out of Russia, the fighting between the Rebels and Government of Ukraine has resulted in thousands of
Ukrainians crossing the Border into Russia, they will have to be fed and sheltered, the Sanctions are hurting and if itgets worse, I think he will be outed.
