Hospital consultant accidentally killed himself by using anaesthetic to help him sleep - Express
August 4, 2015 Express article online reports on the inquest into the death of a doctor who tried to cure his insomnia. The verdict was accidental death.
The article reminds me of the situation Madeleine could have been in. The coroner stated "he had some sort of sleep problem".

Doctor had been having trouble sleeping but was otherwise happy
But his mother-in-law found him face down in a pool of vomit
Coroner finds death was an accident caused by injection of anaesthetic

Didn't R O'B 'find' one of his kids 'covered in vomit'?
Maybe, MAYBE, if 'true' R O'B 'might' have gotten 'there' in the nick of time, or we 'might' have had been reading about 'a terrible, accidental, death' of R O'B's/JT's 'child!
jta: There's 'that' word, 'accidental' AGAIN.
GA: Madeleine 'died' in G5A, albeit 'accidentally'

I'm sure GA knows exactly what happened and I also think anaesthetics featured heavily during that holiday.
