Kate awarded an honour

I find it curious that Gerry is staying out of the limelight these days, no doubt working on the wider agenda making sure that Kate is aligned with as many child charities(?) as possible.

I am seriously asking 'What in the name of all that's holy is going on in the U.K.??????'

I've just read that the Eaton College student who was tried under the name of Andrew Picard for making and distributing indecent images of children is actually the son of a bankers' lawyer named Philip Boeckman. He was tried under the surname of his mother (Picard) under an agreement with the POLICE and CROWN PROSECUTOR in order to protect him and his family (his father no doubt) from exposure.

He received a suspended sentence because he worked with doctors during this past year to address his "offences". His father evidently paid expensive doctors so that the pervert escaped justice.

I've since read that this Picard/Boeckman guy is subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order. Does that mean he is on some sort of a registry for people convicted of pornography offences? If so, under which name? It's outrageous that this fellow has been allowed by the authorities to be tried under his mother's maiden name whereas anyone else, charged with any kind of an offence, is tried under their official (birth certificate) name.
