'IT'S THE END OF THE ROAD' - The Sun

According to Tracy Kandohla in the Sun: "Madeleine McCann's parents Kate and Gerry have failed in their battle to silence ex-Portuguese cop over sick slurs". She goes on the say the McCanns don't have the "time, energy or funding" to take him to the highest court in the land.

Many thanks to "frencheuropean" for posting the article I referred to earlier.  While the McCanns may not have the funds for another appeal, I sure hope they pay up what they owe Mr. Amaral.  Instead of saying they have finally seen the light and would have no chance of winning an appeal, reference is made to "funding" suggesting they are still accepting donations to help them turn over stones.

I wish Mr. Amaral would take on the UK media in court. The press have repeatedly trashed him with this assertion. Yes, he has claimed they covered up the death of Madelein but never that they killed her.
