I am sorry to say but the kids responsible need a good hiding and bugger social services.
Like the one where the mother burnt herself and daughter alive because of bullying..If my kids were involved in that kind of thing I would seriously flog them.

The world is turnign in on itself Laci. Eating itself alive through greed and bad manners.

It makes me fear for my childrens future, Kids running around knifing and shooting eachother, I think because of trying to be all pc we are screwing kids with being soft, bring back the days of teachers being allowed to cane kids, old fashioned borstal, not jail where they sit around on xboxes and smuggling phones in to post on facebook! Oh and stop trying to make it where parents are afraid to discipline them.

You are right. The trouble with Teenagers today is that everyone is scared of them and they think they are untouchable!
My son is eight and I have instilled respect and FEAR of the police and his teachers in him. I have made him understand that when you do wrong - you get punished. Simple as that. I have never laid a finger on him, I might add. I haven't needed to, he has a conscience which alot of people nowadays are lacking.

I have four girls, they go to church twice a week , which I think teaches them good values. they also go to catholic school, I tell them if someone with authority or a adult such as a teacher to do someothing dont question it or get cheeky, do it and if its wrong then I will deal with it as I see fit.
I tell you another reason the kids of today are the way they are..they grow up too quick, mothers dressing their kids provactively and letting them out with acres of flesh on display ( and sometimes flesh that has no business being shown, like muffin tops and arse cracks with low slung jeans) Kids getting pregnant for council flats, how the hell are mothers of this sort going to breed anything other than deliquents.

Couldn't agree more. There is a certain breed of parent nowadays too, that think their kids have some divine right to everything! I spoil my son as much as anyone - he's my baby and the very joy of my world, but sometimes the answer in NO. He may whine (like they do) and I say simply "Sometimes in life you don;t get what you want, so tough! Deal with it" And he does. I also make sure he wears school uniform (which isn't compulsory) and I drill it into him that Homework is handed in Neatly and on time. If it is slightly untidy I remind him that you present something to someone with respect and that you respect yourself by not being shoddy. I instill good manners and respect. I have always hated it when people don't say please and thank you.

I see girls hanging around the town I live in acting like little trollops, smoking, under dressed, swearing and out all hours from the age of like 12 and i think the parents need as much a hiding as their kids do. I hate parents who think the sun shines out of their kids arses and that they can do no wrong. If my kids do wrong, its no pc, grounded and sometimes I even take their mobiles..it cures them!.

Yep! There has to be consequences for wrong actions!! My son learned this from a great primary school teacher and also me and his father.
