Thanks Anna, - it really is a great resource and a good read, and I've just finshed a second reading!

I'm one of these who picks up much more from a hard copy than from the screen so took the liberty of printing some of it off to have another read on a long train journey that I went on recently. There are so any wtf moments in there and I made no secret of my gasps.... I also made sure that anyone who wanted to know the cause of my occasional gasps were able to see the front page, (.. I had put it a clear-fronted file!), and there were many who clearly did want to know..

In the end I was sorry that it was incomplete as I felt the urge to accidentally leave it on the train! But I hope that some were sufficiently intrigued to look for themselves... (..between you and me the ticket collector looked on the verge of taking a rest and having a little sit-down in the empty seat next to me! )

I'm much happier with hard copy too, Mary. I can't see myself curling up in bed with one of those Amazon things!

Just to say that although I have a note on my blog that says everything is my intellectual property and not to be copied, this does not apply to anyone on this forum who would like to copy anything here.

You're telling us exactly what happened. The appeal was made by Amaral to overcome the injunction of his book (McC's are spinning it to use for their own) In fact, I think if they could have avoid this they would have. This is very very bad PR for the McC's.

I have investigated American copyright and that's why I placed the intellectual copyright notice on my blog, although under American law, everything is my copyright with or without the notice.
