Some parents don't condemn their criminal children

A parent whose son was stabbed to death broking into a person house with 3 relatives,believes the person who killed him in self-defense should be prosecuted,whereas the 3 relatives who joined him in the crime should be prosecuted.

Internet reports seems to give misleading reports.

Dwayne ayres with 2/3 relatives broke into someone's house in hook,threatened someone with a broken glass ,got stabbed to death,cps deceided not to prosecute for lack of evidence.

His two/three accompolices(sp?) were prosecuted,but the stabbed man's father thinks that is wrong,and they should prosecute the person who acted in self-defense.

His relatives are distraught at his death,which he brought on himself when he broke in to the house.
