IF AMARAL WINS HIS CASE

Can he ask portuguise police to investigate further the tasks he was not allowed such as the search of the flats ,appartments he was interested in before he was sacked,removed from the case,or is this wishfull thinking?

I know hes not in charge anymore but i think he was on to something when he wanted the appartments searched.
such a shame he was removed,
i beleive we would have more to go on if he was left to do his job propperly.

or is this not allowed whilst the case is shelved?
seems awfully strange when the mccs have their own private detectives swanning around doing as they please.

do you think anyone will carry on the search for maddie in the way amaral did whilst the investigation is closed or does it have to be opened again for this to continue?
i have had a few grapes tonight as laffin says but i do think amaral was on the right track in wanting to investigate the flats,appartments he mentioned before he was removed from the case.

If Amaral wins his case, I don't know if the case will reopen. Seems unlikely, but you never know!

However, if he wins, he can legitimately make his opinions known in public in the UK and the book will be published.

If he does win, do we think the Press in this country will interview him? Or will the Pro Mccann press continue and they will give him a hard time?

But I can not understand why Dr. Amaral did not sue the ones who wanted him back in Lissabon.
Amaral in a court-room because they did not want him longer on the McCanns...

If Dr Amaral wins, I think it will be a free-for-all.
