Well had I placed bets I would have won. I believe there is corruption at the very highest level in this case, I can only wonder why.

...and at this rate they will bloody well win!!!!
They seem to have a new career - that of serial suers. They must sit in Rothley towers making a list of who they can sue. Obviously the more people they sue the better they will get at it after all practice makes perfect. Pity they didn't practice more at being good parents otherwise they would have been perfect at it.

Nothing less than we have come to expect from the arse licking mail. Victory for the McCanns. FFS this whole thing has got to stop at some time, hasn't it? I will studiously avoid having the TV on when I get home later. I'm worried about what I'll do if i see that horrid little Glasgow smirk on that arrogant face.

I just typed what was said exactly on the Sky News Report Kitti, I thought the same as you.
This despicable pair seem to come up smelling of roses don't they.
This is not the end Mr Amaral will carry on I am sure, he can take this to the Human Right's Court.
Its been a long Road with so many twist's and turn's, but its not over till the fat Lady sing's.
One day stay positive......Karma will prevail.
Hi AA , so they ban the book then what, another pops up in its place and another and so on,what are these two going to do spend the rest of their lives going to court for injunctions, this will not shut people up or stop people asking questions and the more they put themselves on public view the more questions will be asked, are they content with spending the rest of their lives under this cloud .Something happened on or around the 3rd of May 2007 something which made a great many people uneasy these people are not going away .A child is still missing and someone knows where she is and this small victory for the McCanns will not stop the questions or remove the doubt.
Hi Mo good to see you.
Indeed Mo this will not go away.
They seem to think they can do what they want, sue who they want, yes there will be other Books they cannot control free speech, Gerry and Mini me think they can.
For a couple of Child neglecters and god knows what else, they are despicable blaming everyone else for their own inadiques.
I have never in my life seen a Case like this before.

Speaking later an angry Amaral, who wears a diamond stud earring, said he would appeal the decision saying it violated his freedom of speech rights.
He also accused the McCanns of 'persecuting' him and his family.
He said: "It was an unbalanced decision and I will appeal.
"What is at stake is freedom of speech."

Just seen the lunchtime news on Sky and Brunty said that there will be many more court cases to follow, and ended up saying that 'Murat is taking criminal charges out against a number of the McCann's friends'.
Thought it was just Tanner?

I hope the Murat cases go the distance and are not killed off by corruption. I thought it was just Tanner but the more the merrier. I suppose on a plus point at least all these cases keeps the courts in Lisbon, Lagos etc in business.

Who is Madeleine? She ceased to be a part of this a long time ago. It is as we know all about them and them alone. Even their friends don't matter. They don't give a flying whatsit for anyone except themselves.

Less than once actually! His mouth doesn't tighten up like a dysentry patients sphincter either, when he is displeased, he tilts his hat like the gentleman he is.
