IS IT POSSIBLE

Someone could speak up for Amaral and let us know how this poor brave man is feeling and thinking after todays verdict?
would be interesting to find out if Amaral has any more plans up his sleeve,
i do think he has more to tell us and i believe he will get to the bottom of all this,
wonder if he knows the case will be reopened ,
hope he has got some evidence to do this.

I hope so. How this man feels at the moment i just cannot imagine..

wonder if Amaral knew this would happen and is waiting for the full libel trial to start?
i hope there is a lot more to come from this man and he finishes what he started in getting justice for a little girl with no voice,
hope people will speak up for him and defend his intentions.

Does anybody know WHY the Judge decided to continue with the ban?

Imagine if Amaral was in the Old Bailey, he would be in Wormwood Scrubs by now, yet the Mccanns had left their children alone, lost one and now crowing their celebrity status round t.v. and magazine interviews. One man wrote a book based on evidence, and lost one couple based their evidence on an unproved abduction. I bet the people on Mars are looking down in amazement!!!!

Don't worry FG!!! There's the libel trial and more stuff to come out and if the McS want to spend the rest of their days fighting for people to hear THEIR side of the story then good! Their story has more holes in it than a string vest.

it must be awful for Amaral and his colleagues,the book was based on the files,
i hope something good comes out of this,i cant believe it was temporaly banned without good reason,
just hope the reason is in Amarals court and the book ban gets lifted eventually.

Actually, despite the obvious dissappiontment I feel GA is very very strong inside...look at everything he has already been through....this has strengthened him even more......and he knows this may take many battles before the truth finally emerges.

HE must have known going into this that he could loose the hearing for any number of reasons....but he has vowed to continue...the hearing alone created so much interest, so many revelations ... it was a victory in that....remember GA & TVI may not be able to talk about this....but other media can....and there is so much more to talk about now

I just think we need to know the reason WHY the Judge upheld the ban, before we all go getting too upset....

What i would like to know is why the mccanns had planned a press conference BEFORE they heard the verdict.

Getting a women judge certainly helped the mccanns, she was probably thinking more for the child than the mccanns themselves.

will be interesting to find out why the mccs still beleive maddie to be alive and unharmed in any way,

Did Amaral lie?
Did he distort the truth?
Did he wrote: Madeleine IS dead (not as an opinion but FACT)
Did he wrote the parents killed her?
I assume: NO

Therefore no need to ban the book.

On which fundamentals did the judge decide?
Where is the transparency?
Why did she not submit the verdict for all to hear?
Smells fishy imo.
I would like to read the verdict, really!
We even don´t know if Dr. Amarals lawyer is allowed to talk about the verdict.
Is he silenced?
Imo it could be a tricky verdict. Not a very "solid", grounded one who would be easily accepted by supporters of freedom of speech/expression.

All I know is that the hearing has been a disaster for the McCanns...

Therefore I am appalled now.

I would like to know what the judge wanted/needed..... Did she get/heared it?....What was it?
I will never get an answer.

lilemore have just read on joana morais blog the words you have quoted from Amaral,
so sad,i do feel for Amaral and his family,
Amaral says he wont give up and he and the tv company are taking it all the way to the european courts,good luck to him and please god give this good man the strength to do this,

i also hope Amaral and his family have protection,
its so scary to think of anything happening to him,
