OPENING OF APENSO

I hereby consign to the files that on this date, I proceeded to open Apenso II, which contains photocopies of manuscript pages found at the residence of the McCanns, in Rua Flores 27, Praia da Luz,and which consists of 189 pages, corresponding to two exercise books and a note pad.

Terms of Annexing

On 10th September 2007, I, Inspector Joao Carlos, proceeded to annex a passage from the bible written in English and its translation into Portuguese to the files. The page was photocopied from the bible found in the McCann’s bedroom (at their temporary residence in Rua das Flores) showing this passage.

I am also annexing copies of two press articles where allusion is made to the use of medication by the McCann family and the scarcity of information relating to Kate Healy.
