Tapas Group and Sickness

Theres quite a lot of mention of members of the tapas group and children being ill during the holiday. As was pointed out on another thread they seemed to make rapid recoveries and their bugs did not seem to stop them carrying on with their daytime acivities. Supposing they weren't ill, what could be the reasons for saying they were?

Hideho I think has done some research on this so will have a look round for it.

Yeah, I always thought they were all quite sick.
