Iv"e just come in and started scrolling down the Twitter thread, not much going on but I wonder whether
Duarte is trying to claim the book was Published BEFORE the case was shelved which if proven could be quite
serious.

Also , why did the Film Company destroy so many copies? Rather than have them seized maybe?
