Re: Woman and two children found dead
There seems to have been a lot of similar 'parent and children' killings just lately. God alone knows what goes through the killer's mind to take the life of children....

Re: Woman and two children found dead
It's tragic that any parent finds themselves in a position where they frrl it necessary to take the lives of their family and their own. The father was working abroad long term so I believe, who knows what pressure the mother was put under..........

The statement, which said the 44-year-old had become increasingly fearful for the future and anxious about her children's future over the past few months, read: "To say we are devastated does not touch the loss that we feel. The events of the past few days have come totally out of the blue for us. We are finding it very difficult to comprehend what has happened."
Paying tribute to Eleanor and Thomas, the statement went on: "The children were beautiful, they were both very caring.
"Eleanor would always go out of her way to make sure that other children felt included. She was lively, active and had a real impish streak. Thomas was a gentle soul. Very loving and never had a bad word to say about anybody and always made time for family and his little sister."
Appealing for the media to allow them time to grieve in peace, the family members, who were not named by Leicestershire Police, added: "We are a very private family and we feel very strongly that our grief is a private matter.
"We didn't want to have to say anything publicly but we also felt that if anything was going to be said it should come from those who knew Claudia, Thomas and Eleanor the best."
Meanwhile, Leicestershire Police said post-mortem examinations had been completed and investigations were being carried out on behalf of the coroner.
