Quite emphatic denial on some of the claims around her relationship with Cameron.

I can buy the tale that neither Rebekah nor James paid directly anyone to hack etc they are the top dog, for reasons of plausible deniability if nothing else you'd leave such things to underlings.

But for RM to declare he wasn't aware of a million pounds of his money going to someone? I don't care how much money you have that is a lot to be unaware of. I think the old man would have gotten a call and if nothing else given some "take care of it" instructions -

with their knowledge of hacking and such, scuzzy underworld doings, they'd be afraid/too canny to leave a trail that could implicate them directly.

was wondering what the big fuss is about? The hacking and bugging of telephones by journalists has gone on as long as there has been telephones.
Granted we know that the politicians are in bed with the media and vice versa as they dance a twisted money jig but providing each other with the oxygen to breath however there's much more important things in the world than this surely?
