Absolutely, without the benefits of the internet 2 self confessed child neglectors would still be knee deep in sympathetic letters and voluntary donations to find the daughter they claim was abducted between their regular half-houly checks.

Instead they are reduced to public begging for yet more money to spend on suing the policeman who did search for their daughter and defence lawyers.
