Petition to investigate the fund

You really couldn't make it up. The McCanns do absolutely naff all to look for their daughter but expect everyone else to run around like headless chickens looking for her.

Thanks chrissie but I am not sure Companies House can do anything if it is anything to do with an investigation. The Fund accounts do not give much
information.I did notice that Braithwaites are no longer Secretaries so would be interested to know why the change and who are the Secretaries now.

Hi Panda, I don't hold much hope that anything will be forthcoming but I just wanted to highlight the fact that at least the person got an acknowledgement. I didn't realise that the Secretaries had changed.

Ps: Where did you hear that BWB are no longer Company Secretary? Thanks

The Accounting year is 31st March , can't remember the time limit for the Accounts to be lodged at Companies House.Chrissie, your'e clever, the

BUT any decent mum and dad would want all those who had helped to know exactly to the last penny how their money was being spent....

I was going to award you a medal, but Iv'e changed my mind. Seriously I did read somewhere that Bell Braithwaite were no longer Secretaries.

Maybe it was part of the change to the Articles of Association published and shown on MM a couple of months Ago, I know I read it. Never mind, thanks
