Re: Express 06/05/12
I've just watched the video and it's one of xklamations... posted on Sept 10th 2008.
Under the video it states that the images are from the McCanns second apartment in Pdl.
Took some stills but they're not too clear.

So, Kate McCann has added her epilogue to whinge about the media and he police? The book is called "Madeleine."!! I guess the mention of the review is about Maddie, but the rest is about Kate McCann and her continuing umbrage at those awful police officers doing their job.

Why would tablets be left around like that, when there are 2 year old twins, who could quite easily take them?

Re: Express 06/05/12
Can someone explain why this "Epilogue" appears to have nothing to do with Madeleine who seems to have been forgotten because of Kate's
obsession with blaming the Portugese ??????
Think about it, who apart from internet Forums and blogs would know about these tablets ? Now, everyone who reads the Book will know and wonder
what this has to do with anything. Can it be that Kate knows that SY will not find anything in the Review to suggest abduction which means the
theory that Madeleine died in 5a is 100 % positive ?

Iris, did Ma and Pa go over soon after Madeleine disappeared or just Ma? Whichever it was, I don't think they were still there when the McCanns moved house. And why would the meds be on Kate and Gerry's bedside table?

Friday 4th May.....
Kate's parents, Susan and Brian Healy, arrive on a flight from Liverpool with Michael Wright, Kate McCanns' brother-in-law.
At 10.00pm, as the search for Madeleine continues, her parents issue a statement to say they "cannot describe the anguish and despair" they are feeling at their daughter's disappearance.

I read a media report on the internet, which said that Susan Healy and the Merseyside Priest, were given a police escort to the airport, so they could catch a plane to Portugal. The report also said that Brian Healy, didn't fly out with them, because he was too ill to travel. I'm not exactly sure what day Mrs Healy and the Priest, flew to Portugal, but it was at the most, only a couple of days after Madeleine vanished.
By the way, Kate McCann doesn't have a brother-in-law, she is an only child.
Regarding the tablets, I assume that the photographs of the inside of the McCanns apartment were police photographs and they were taken as soon as they were notified of Madeleine's disappearance, which would have been before Kate's mother and other visitors arrived to the apartment.
This is only my opinion, but I wouldn't have thought that the McCanns wouldn't have been allowed to stay in their apartment, after Madeleine disappeared, after all it was a crime scene.

Re: Express 06/05/12
In Martin Grimes video of the search of the villa there are long video shots of the books next to Gerrys side of the bed, medications are shown on the other side in the name of Brian Healy, the gloves in the bedside drawer. It is the one where Kate has the pool photo at her side with Gerry and Amelie taken out and just Madeleine on her own. I think that is what she is talking about. It is the time they took cuddle cat from the cabinet and Kates clothes etc. Was that around August, the time of the Heulva trip that was post-poned.
In the police photos of 5a from the night itself, there is a shot of the passpoirts and on top of the same unit were socks and a blister pack of some sort of tablets, but the patient or what they are were not apparant, iirc.
So I would say it is Grimes video of the search with Eddie and Keela of the villa . Was Brian Healy there then ? We known Jon Corner was, he made the video of the car boot etc.

“There is information, coming directly from us, and there is real, new information. New leads are coming to light. The Metropolitan Police are determined to get to the bottom of this.”
No need, Gerry, we do tend to ignore what you say anyway. Not that SY has done that well so far.
I think this film was taken in the villa -not the apartment - because they home in on the medicines and the books. The other book she doesn't mention is one on forensics an academic/professional book - which Gerry probably was given by SY when he was in London. One does wonder when the sea bass came into that. As he changed his blogs retrospectively, I wouldn't be surprised that the entry on Sean's liking for sea bass (around beginning of June) was inserted after Gerry had a look at the SY 'bible' .
If you've just lost a child and think it's possible she's been horribly murdered by a paedophile, as a father it must be rather strange to read a book titled 'an interpretation of murder?'
Has anyone else seen Martin Grime take Cuddlecat out of the sink cupboard? Or am I wrong on that? I'll try to find a link for that clip - it's on McCannfiles as well of course.
There is a question on a medicine bag which disappeared from 5a I believe. I'm sure it's in the PJ files. But I think Kate is right on the Parkinson medication, her parents stayed with them in the villa. So that must have been the beginning of August?

Yes Tigger, Martin Grimes took cuddle cate out of a cupboard, he was in a cupboard in the living area I thought, but perhpas it was a sink. Definately sittling all alone in a cupboard though.

They sat in stunned silence as “damning images” gathered from the media and Portuguese files were displayed on a big screen.
Surely one would infer such images to be damning if one had been involved in some event for which one might be damned or blamed?
For someone not connected in any way to events which led to the indications of the dogs, the film could be best described as distressing, rather than 'damning'. Imo.

It's the same as Kate's reaction to the film of the dogs, shown at the police station. halfway she says: 'I felt myself relax..'
Same argument as above, why be tense if you have nothing to hide?

Wednesday 1st August.
Gerry makes another trip to the airport this morning to pick up their Campaign Manager.
In the afternoon Kate does a series of interviews for women's magazines and the Sunday newspapers.
Kate's parents arrive and will be staying for a week.
Sunday 5th August.
British sniffer dogs, brought in to review the investigation, allegedly pick up scent of death in the McCanns' apartment and find traces of blood. Keela, who can detect minute quantities of blood, and Eddie, who is trained to detect dead bodies, work in the apartment and several cars, including the hire car the McCanns rented 25 days after Madeleine disappeared.

Re: Express 06/05/12
I've just been looking at photographs of apartment 5a, in the files. On a bedside table alongside the passports and keys, there is a box of tablets.
Kate said that when she noticed Madeleine wasn't in her bed, she thought she might have wandered into their bedroom and got into their bed. I shudder to think what could have happened if Madeleine had got into their bed and seen those tablets. Then I remembered the apartment was unlit so she wouldn't have seen anything.
For what it's worth and it's only my opinion, I believe that whatever happened to Madeleine, happened before the McCanns went out to dinner. I'm also thinking that because the McCanns have shown such a cavalier attitude towards Madeleine's disappearance, that maybe she was given by them to someone who she is now living happily with.
I know the McCanns are as hard as nails, but surely they could not have harmed her accidently or otherwise then gone out to dinner.

Thanks Ann Chovey. The question now is, why was the medication in Kate and Gerry's bedroom, not in a bathroom or kitchen cabinet, or in his own luggage. How big was that villa, was it a case that they gave that room to her parents for their visit maybe ?
That said, when I watched that video the medication did seem out of place but if the parents were there it would not strike me as too sinister. Much more sinister imo are the books, those surgical gloves always strike me as a weird thing to have in a bedroom and the fact that the last photo next to Kate had the other family members cropped out. Strange you would frame a photo of her alone, when the original was with her daddy and sister. Maybe that is just me.
Then poor old cuddle cat, hidden in the dark and lastly the dogs barking. How Kate must jump when she hears a dog bark these days. I bet they do not have a family dog in Rothley.

Didn't Gerry take losec or something for indegestion complaints ? That blister pack looked to me like something like that.
Having said that I would be amazed if that apartment were not littered with medication. My sister is a nurse and she could carry out a heart transplant with all of the medication she takes with her on holiday, every single eventuality is covered.

So there was kate busy giving interviews ....yet again only interested in making money, not physically searching for Madeleine.
