CHERYL Cole is now a Lady — after ex-boss Simon Cowell bought her the title for her 30th.

The X Factor chief, 53, purchased a piece of land in the Scottish Highlands that came complete with the title.

Cheryl has been in LA celebrating Sunday’s landmark birthday with boyfriend Tre Holloway and Girls Aloud pals.

A source revealed: “Simon had the deeds for the land and the details of her new title delivered to where Cheryl was staying.”

He sacked her from X Factor USA in 2011 but the pair have since made up
