"And If Goncalo Amaral's published statements were, or are, libellous, then they became so at the point of publication, not a year later once the sales had been racked up. But then they might not have been worth quite so much and concomitantly not worth pursuing."

Yes Dr Martin does give us food for thought and expresses his theories very well.
" Should it transpire that Madeleine McCann was not abducted however, covering up a death is exactly what the McCanns will have done. And if covering up a death due to accidental injury is deemed to have been unnecessary, then the fact of a cover up would signify that the death was not accidental."
What if the death WAS accidental, but covered up because the McCanns were thinking of their Careers ?

Yes,it's like trying to fit a square in a round hole, we may never know what happened , but I can well imagine the McCanns finding Madeleine dead and disposing of her body to save their sorry souls. I have always thought it strange that Gerry supposedly asked Fiona's husband to go to 5a to ask Kate if she wanted to bring the children down to the Tennis Court. :
1. Why would she want to do that, when the children would be bathed and ready for bed at that time.?
2. Why did Kate and David times differ so much. ?

I've always thought Madeleine's death was accidental. The McCanns in a narcissistic rage (in love with their own images) concealed and somehow disposed of her little body without the benefit of a proper burial. They have prevented a proper burial and continue to dishonour her six years later by attacking the man who seeks to bring justice on Madeleine's behalf.

Re: In Persuit of Defame and Fortune by Dr. Martin Roberts
Jon Corner, a Director of the Fund and a good friend of Kate was in PDL filming a Documentary, his equipment was sent back to the U.K. as cargo and cost quite a lot which the Fund paid. I did wonder if Madeleine's body could have been hidden amongst the equipment and shipped to the UK to be buried when the McCanns returned......fanciful I know.interested wrote:Panda wrote:

I've always been suspicious of the truck with the inflatable sign which appeared in Portugal but returned to the U.K. after a very short time. I saw a video of the McCanns visiting it very briefly before walking away again; but Corner's cargo could be a strong possibility too.

I've often said that too but the report of a "car crash" in the Daily Mail today did come as a shocker/lie.

The Mail story is a boat load of rowlocks - or something like that.
The only reference to a car crash came from the sainted one herself.
