Mystery couples ?

A few mystery couples unaccounted for ! Well we have kate shouting "they've taken her".And Yvonne Martin mentioning kate saying a couple took her.
We have a story of a couple that entered the apartment on the night of 2nd May according to this article in the Express.

If you read this article carefully we see yet another couple living in the same block appear as 'witnesses' though they are actually nothing to do with the couple that are alleged to have entered the apartment on 2nd May.

Interestingly none of these couples have any names but if any of them are to be believed then they could all testify to Maddie being alive on the night of 2nd May.
As far as i can make out none of them actually exist in the police files or at least they dont have names ?

This couple of very helpfull neighbours are quoted by this particular source in the Expeess....

“We will continue to answer the Yard’s questions. We have given our fingerprints and DNA. We were happy to assist. They should be left to get on with their inquiries.”

I always suspected that the words that came out of Kate McCann's mouth (They've taken her) were not what she should have said when they rehearsed the abduction. Of course, since then she has been practically nominated for an Oscar for her acting.

I think the timelines written on the covers of the sticker book look like scripts. I can imagine the planning. Gerry tells Kate how it's going to run: the checks are done, it's all set up for the abductor, you find Maddie missing and you run back and let everyone know they've taken her. Kate fluffs her lines in her panic to get it right! "Right, I've got to run back and let everyone know they've taken her," and she does!

Can anyone remember if this mystery couple who entered the apartment appeared at any time before May of this year ?
And who actually reported seeing them ? Or did they report themselves ?

Scotland Yard are looking for them so it must be true.

Surely not hard to find this middle aged couple who apparently went into 5a to comfort a crying Maddie ? Did they report direct to MW i wonder.
Odd that crimewatch didnt appeal for this couple to come forward,quite important i would have thought !

No Mrs Fenn didnt mention it and she would have been the most likely.

Shows that Scotland Yard were quite busy in May trying to get the story straight.

It does all mean that Maddie was still alive on the night of 2nd May,doesn't it ?

Could it possibly have been the night Mrs. Fenn heard her go quiet when 'her parents' returned? Maybe it wasn't her parents. Who knows anymore? It's such a vast 'jigsaw' it's doing my head in.
But I do believe the game is now well and truly up for the pair of them and clarrie.

It just seems to be a very odd story that just came from nowhere as if manufactured for a purpose.

This article is mixing up two different things. Mrs. Fenn heard the crying on May 1st and called a friend about what to do, whilst this couple was apparently seen by two witnesses who saw a middle aged couple enter the apartment on May 2nd.

The two incidents occurred on different nights and are not at all related. Who is to say that the couple was not one of the group of the Tapas 7 anyway? Again, the article is trying to transpose the crying that Mrs. Fenn heard on May 1st to May 2nd, which fits the McCann's fairty tale version of events.

With all the latest revelations and suppressed information, is this something else the McCanns are hiding?

Yes, but only when they weren't screaming that it was a predatory paedophile that done it! I believe that the childless couple fantasy came from the need to defend their theory that Madeleine could still be alive and that there was no proof that she had come to any harm (keep the fund money rolling in!). If it were a childless couple, they would have surely taken one of the twins, and not the oldest, biggest, heaviest, and most talkative child in the room.

I did read a while ago that Madeleine was crying and a Couple of holidaymakers who were staying nearby went into 5a to pacify her. Looking at all his now , if it hadn't been for Government interference and the McCanns the untouchables, the McCanns would have been jailed. End of Story

In the immediate aftermath of the vanishing, I remember news footage of cars swooping away from the Ocean Club en route to the police station. The occupants included Tapasniks, but one of the cars appeared to carry a middle-aged couple. The woman seemed to have a blonde/grey ponytail. Anyone else remember this?

THanks NBY.........why would kate shout "the f***ing Bastards have taken her" were the McCanns being blackmailed? Why did Gerry ask for a Computer, he took one with him. Why phone Tony Blair, what was he supposed to do , other than send the Ambassador? Why did some rich Benefactor , according to Kate, pay for Control Risk? Somebody did because the McCanns were broke.

When this case is over I think we ought to set up an International Detective Agency.........I think we would be brilliant Investigator and make a fortune.

Well as the sobbing was on The 1st Tuesday , then it must off been the Monday they went in.

I think this is something Kate and Gerry want to keep in the headlines, just like Tanner's sighting, rather than the Smith sighting.  I think the McCanns will now want to place great emphasis on this couple in the hope the Smith sighting gets pushed into the background.

I think this is why the question Madeleine was supposed to have asked at breakfast keeps being brought up by Kate and Gerry.

"Why didn't you come when we were crying". Hang on though, what about, "Why didn't YOU come when we were crying" meaning someone else did comfort us because YOU didn't come.

It would never surprise me if Madeleine never made this remark at all and its Kate and Gerry not only doing damage limitation on Mrs Fenn's statement but also its Kate and Gerry firmly planting the idea in everyone's minds about this couple.

I don't think Madeleine made that remark either LJC, someone phoned the Ocean Club reception I expect , you can see from the Waiters statements the McCanns never left the Bar early.

"We thought it was just a passing remark, you know"......they even went out again that night,!!!!!
