Probably for the same reason that it's suddenly okay for grown men to bathe other people's children and the possibility that Madeleine was really abducted.T4two wrote:Thanks, I do know about that. I was just wondering why an article which appeared 6 years ago has been dug out and presented as if it were a new revelation.Iris wrote:You do realise that Kate used to work with Catriona Baker's mother at the Starship children's hospital in Auckland. Too many coincidences in this case for my liking.T4two wrote:Of course the Mcs demanded in November 2007 that Baker be questioned - she'd already visited Rothley and learned her lines by then, after having been conveniently spirited out of Pdl by MW and 'hidden' away by the Mcs for some time to avoid police questioning .... but what is the reason behind bringing this up again 6 years later?

If the PJ planted cadaver evidence or the dogs alerted to their handler's unconscious signals, and if Eddie went in first, then there is no real way for the cops to know where Keela would smell blood and plant the cadaver odor in that same place, is there?wjk wrote:Afternoon Panda, cough, cough. :(Panda wrote:Is the evidence enough wjk to prove Madeleine's blood spots were on the Wall and in the Wardrobe? IMO if Eddie alerted in that apartment, there was a cadaver there.
Who died in there?
and the McCann Lawyers will use this .
Aw wjk I know your'e not well and here's me pouring cold water on our beliefs, it has nothing to do with me getting drenched when the Heavens opened while I was was on my way to the Doctors this morning, another dose of Steroids and Antibiotics.prescribed.
Yes, but Eddie was a cadaver dog so why would he alert to 'dead body' scent in all those places if there wasn't a dead body in there at some point? Or at least things to clean up/carry a dead body in (blue sports bag). I get that Keela may alert to 'someone else's' blood, but not Eddie, as there had never been anyone dead in there before, and if Eddie alerted and then Keela alerted after, in the same places, what would that suggest. To me, it suggests someone bled and died in that apartment.
ps Hope this lot of tablets work
With the car, if Eddie alerted to the car that is different, any blood found anywhere in there would be legitimate so you could plant the cadaver odor in the trunk or "signal" the dog to alert to the car and then hope for some blood, but in the apt, if the cadaver dog went FIRST how likely is it that they'd be able to guess where that dog would alert? Blood behind the couch is not a given, that would take some guesswork.
Something doesn't add up about the dog's mistakes here. if no one else died then either Eddie alerted to MM's scent or Keela went first, hit on blood, and the PJ came after and sprinkled cadaver odor on those same spots with the UK cops watching (or they did it together) which seems mad. After all Keela alerts to any blood not only Madeleine's. So likely she would scent blood in the bathroom where people do shave and fix injuries etc - if you were going to plant cadaverine hoping that the dog would alert to blood in that same area that could be from madeleine's scraped knee, for example, in order to "fit up" the parents, then the bathroom would be the place to do so, not behind a couch that had since been pushed against the wall.

She seemed to be shy, quiet and upset on the 3rd. Not the child skipping to the crèche happily waving goodbye and asking if she could go back to the crèche after lunch or on beach days out.kitti wrote:All the Nannies said Madeleine was SHY and QUITE.
Something was wrong with her that day or different about her from her general attitude but I wonder if being stuck into a crèche with strangers would make an outgoing child shy. My daughter is anything but shy at home but in company could be very shy even with kids her own age.
Still we are told she was outgoing and in the reconstruction the child they had play Maddie danced right into the crèche beaming and waving goodbye to them. More rewriting of history perhaps - they don't want to say that she did not want to be there and was being dumped off and knew it - they want it to be the story that she loved it and they had told her she didn't have to go if she didn't want to, but she did want to go.
Maybe I'm just more fun than they are but my child would have wanted to go to the beach with me or do anything with me & the family, rather than be dropped off with a bunch of strangers.

I'm with you on this. There are antibiotics which are referred to as "reserve," kept for serious cases of pneumonia and meningitis. The big problem with those is that farmers are allowed to feed the reserve antibiotics to livestock. Then anyone who eats the meat is getting a dose of and building up resistance to those.comperedna wrote:Panda it annoys me that farmers are allowed to give broad spectrum antibiotics to chickens pigs and sheep more or less as and when the choose, but if you have a baby coughing up the green stuff for weeks ie not merely viral, or you yourself, having already had Amoxyciliin and steroids they can't give one to you!
It's not those in genuine need of antibiotics that are the problem for drug resistance it is their misuse in farming for 'growth' purposes and their being dished out by a few docs for souped up colds and other viral illnesses. Worst of all are the patients who get them for genuine bacterial infections, and do not finish the course, thus allowing some resistant bugs to escape. I also blame medics for shortening some antibiotic courses to five days in the UK, claiming that is all that is necessary, when most countries say you need seven days to be sure to kill off the last of the bugs.

What if Madeleine was already dead and hidden in the Tennis Bag in the Wardrobe. The McCanns could only have taken bare essentials to Paynes Apartment and were moved in another Apartment for a little while until they moved into a Villa.Didn't Gerry at some time ask Murat if he could borrow his car to get medicine for one of the twins from a town Chemist . ?
