Sacred Shrines become ticking time bomb in Israel

I've just read that on Sky News, Panda. I don't see why that area cannot at least be shared. The Islamists will not allow Jews to pray on that site and, for me, this is the most significant paragraph in the article:

The warning came amid advancing efforts in the Israeli parliament to try to take administrative control of the sacred Islamic site which Jews also lay claim to as it sits on the remains of their Second Temple.

The Islamists huge golden dome sits like a big pimple on the remains of a sacred Jewish temple yet Jews are not allowed to pray there.

Morning AnnaEsse, it's another example of the Jews/Islamists trying to live together , the 1948 agreement to give the Jews their own homeland has proved very divisive and unworkable.
