Can they really be serious?
I watched yesterday a Report from the U.S.A. where some States have not had rain for so long they will soon be uninhabitable, a whole STATE!!!
Isn't it time World Leaders got together to discuss this crisis and decided on a course of action after discussion with the Weather experts.
