I wonder why the Trial date has not been set

1)how much was left in the Fund
2)McCanns didn't have to mortgage their house
3)They lost the case
4)All costs and damages were paid

I'd like to know from where did the money come from.

So would I what'supdoc , i will never understand why the Judge or whoever it was, allowed the E1 million to be sequestered and why Amaral did not protest at the time, he is unemployed, I believe living with his Father. Isobel Duarte, she who kept the sequestered books for such a long time it took the Court to force her to hand them over, then demands to know whether Amaral sold copies before the injunction was lifted.

Your'e not gonna like this but the McCann witnesses had their Fares paid from the Fund.as presumably did the McCanns on their two or three visits.
As at 31.3.2013 the balance on the Income Account was £197,000....expect that to be almost nothing by the end of the month when the accounting year ends at the end of the month.
