Why doesn't the Government Prosecute the small shops that sell cigarettes to schoolchildren ?

No, the point is so many young children smoking and maybe contracting cancer at a later date. I doubt Supermarkets would serve them so either older boys are buying for them or Corner shops not too concerned about their ages.

I have never known so many cancer cases among people I know and read recently that Britain is the worst Country for detecting Cancer, but the best for treating it.
