SKY SALESMEN ACCUSED OF DISSELLING

IT HAS BEEN ALLEGED THAT DOOR2DOOR SALESMEN HAS BEEN TELLING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERSLIES TO GET PEOPLE TO SIGN UP.
SAYING BROADBAND IS VERY FAST WHEN IT WASN'T.
SIGNING THEM UP TO BROADBAND WHEN THE PERSON HAVE NO COMPUTER.
SAYING THERE WOULD CANCEL VIRGIN'S SERVICE,INSTEAD CUSTOMER ENDED UP PAYING FOR BOTH VIRGIN AND SKY.
SAYING THE PRICE WOULD BE ONE THING FOR ALL TIME,ONLY FOR PRICE TO GO UP.
IMPERSONATING CUSTOMERS TO GET SIGNINGUPS.

I get double glazing salesmen knocking on my door trying to sell me double glazing.I already have double glazing !
Whats all that about.

It's nothing new. It must be about 15 years ago that my son took a call from someone who persuaded him to change our phone line from BT to another company - despite the fact that the bill was in my name!

I appreciate that the salesman did not know that my son has mental health issues but it should have been apparent that he was very young and being put under pressure that he could not withstand.

I ONCE HAD SKY SALESPERSON TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE DOING THERE IN CHARGE OF DIGITAL SWITCHOVER.

If i get a call i insist on talking to 'Nev'.

Or sometimes i might pretend to be the Chinese takeaway.

I put the phone down as soon as i hear and Indian voice....

I didn't use mustard seeds, I used something hotter but I can't remember what.

SOME SALESPERSONS MADE INITIAL PAYMENTS CLAIMING THEY WERE FROM NEW CUSTOMERS,GOT PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES.
I HAVE LEARNED THAT SKY DEPENDS ON BT NETWORK,WHERAS VIRGIN HAVE OWN NETWORK.
I HAVE HEARD THAT BT/SKY'S NETWORK IS UNRELIABLE.
