Prince Charles is in the doghouse, Putin is outraged

A meeting is as i speak being held at the Foreign Office .

He was having a private conversation which was caught by the press. If our future king has offended Putin, then good. Putin has offended us and the rest of the civilised world by doing exactly what Hitler did, trying to take over territory that is not his and impose his will. He is a tyrant what does he expect, respect?

Prince Charles is entitled to his opinion.

He.s like his Dad isn't he   I well remember Prince Philip talking about "slitty-eyed Japanese/ Chinese?

Of course Prince Charles is entitled to an opinion, but it was a pity it was overheard played right into Putin's hand what with the Ukraine crisis.  

Maybe he wanted to be overheard.

Charles is an experienced manipulator.He knows what he wants and whos listening.Hes been around for long enough to know his every word will be scrutinised.

I think one of the funniest things Phillip ever said was in response to being asked if he would like to visit Russia. He said yes he would, "though the bastards did murder half of my family."
