Re: The Latest From Joana Morais
Millions off people have hair similar to Madeleine...though what was her colour we don't know.
If Malinka is involved then so is Murat and so are the Mccanns...they are all linked together .

Hi Welshy
Don't you mean Mrs Murat's drive? If you do, it will be Operation Grange who may visit Mrs Murat's drive. However, unless Mrs Murat invites them to take a look at her drive or what is under her drive, they won't be able to enter her property. For that to happen they will have to ask the Portuguese Authorities for permission.
Operation Grange, have already been refused permission to search the homes of the 3 burglars, who they suspect entered the McCanns apartment and removed Madeleine, after their burglary went wrong. Operation Grange had no proof that any burglar entered the McCanns apartment, because there were no signs of a break in and maybe that was why they were not given permission to search the suspect burglars homes.
The PJ did an excellent job of searching the home and garden of Mrs Murat and because nothing was found, to link her or her son, with Madeleine's disappearance, I would imagine Operation Grange will be refused permission once again, should they want to visit Mrs Murat.
Do you believe Stephen Birch's theory, that Madeleine is buried underneath Mrs Murat's drive? Is that why you tend to think that Mrs Murat will get a visit from Scotland Yard?
Thanks to Andy Redwood, Operation Grange's investigation has been a complete shambles. If they really want to find out what happened to Madeleine, they should start again, by looking at the PJ files with their eyes wide open. Instead of looking for ways of making the PJ look incompetent, they should look at the evidence that was found, that led the PJ to make the McCanns arguidos. They should look at the way the McCanns behaved throughout the investigation.
The McCanns lied and did everything they could to hinder the case. Along with their mates, they pointed the finger at Robert Murat and that was because they learned that a journalist had made an allegation that Mr Murat was hanging around, when in fact he was helping the GNR with translation issues. Something he did on many occasions.
In my opinion, the McCanns and their mates thought that Mr Murat would be the one who would be blamed for Madeleine's disappearance. However they had a shock when he was cleared of any involvement in Madeleine's disappearance. Thanks to the PJ thoroughly searching his mother's home and garden more than once. Then taking Mr Murat's personal property including away and having them thoroughly examined by forensics and a computer expert.
In my opinion, the finger is still being pointed at Robert Murat, by some who still believe he was involved even though there isn't a shred of evidence to prove this. One of the reason they believe he was involved is because Gerry McCann was asked if he knew Robert Murat and he said 'no comment'. The Murat disbelievers think that Gerry's 'no comment' must mean that he knew Robert Murat and he helped the McCanns cover up evidence regarding Madeleine's disappearance.
What they don't realise is, Gerry McCann made that 'no comment' for the same reason. He wants people to point the finger at Robert Murat, he knows Robert Murat is innocent, but he thinks that while people are pointing the finger at Mr Murat, they're leaving he and his wife alone.
In my opinion if another search of Mrs Murat's garden is to take place, it should be the PJ who conduct the search.

kathybelle, I certainly don't believe in Mr birch's theory and the I agree that the PJ were thorough in their searches what I am saying is that I would not put it past operation grange to start pointing the finger at Mr Murat and put the poor man and his family under more pressure. (Patsy) x

When Andy Redwood was mouthing of to the media, about people who were persons of interest to him, I fully expected Robert Murat to be one of their targets, even though no evidence was found against him. After all Redwood said the two deceased paedophiles who had already been interviewed and cleared of any involvement with Madeleine's disappearance, were persons of interest to Redwood.
Redwood is as bad as Hamish Campbell, who was the previous leader of Operation Grange. Campbell was in charge of the investigation into Jill Dando's murder, instead of following the proper investigative procedure, Campbell looked for a 'patsy' to take the blame for Jill's murder. Barry George was the chosen 'patsy' and he was jailed for a murder he never committed.

In my opinion, Redwood is going down the same route as Campbell.
