They were never cleared in a court of law. How could they be cleared when they were never charged?

They were made Arguido's and when the case was shelved through lack of evidence at the time, their Arguido status was lifted.

The case has now been re-opened and if new or fresh evidence comes to light, they will be made Arguido's again and will have to return to Portugal for further questioning.

They know this only too well and that's why they hired top extradition lawyers.

This is pure, unadulterated propaganda by the MSM who are currently making it up as they go along in an effort to deflect the serious damage done to the media thanks to Sky News and Martin Brunt who used nefarious tactics and lies to 'out' an innocent woman.

And before anyone jumps on me by saying she wasn't innocent because of her tweeted comments, let me remind you that her tweets were not sent directly to the McCann's and by innocent I mean she had not been approached, cautioned, arrested or charged by the police.
