You can really make up the headlines when Cake and Jimmy McScam are on the court room steps in Lisbon, whining and groaning about the injustice of it all.  Who ever said, time and patience is a virtue, knew what the bloody hell they were talking about.  It won't happen they will never turn up for the finale of the libel trial!!!

He was one of the last people, if not the last, to see her alive.  It's more than evens that the Coroner will want to speak to him.

the statement is definitive. just curious to know how such a conclusion is being drawn. or is it just an opinion based on what someone thinks should happen.

Rather for me : the one who juggles for a living with people lifes will one day receive a heavy blow falling on his head.

Yes!! He WILL have to testify as he definitely played a role in her death, there can be no question about that.

Will he though??  It's never been straight forward in the farce from May 3rd 7 and a half years ago.

Yes!!  He WILL have to testify as he definitely played a role in her death, there can be no question about that.

he WILL? you know this how? or is this just your opinion and not a fact. some of you may be right more by luck than anything else but then you may also be wrong. best get used to that possibility.

You know how particular Kate is about child care arrangements, not easy to make at this time of the year. Of course they have the option for one parent only to travel but they never seem to do that, do they.

Not seen anything about this either on Sky or any Portuguese news channel, last time they were filmed at the airport, court steps etc. This time ZILCH!!

I read elsewhere from a reliable source that it is the same judge.
