Why is it that all the British press reports deal with "suspects, witnesses, digging, etc." and NOTHING about the legal proceedings regarding the ongoing court case? Never mind, I've already answered my own question.

Thank you Pamalam for this further up-date. Yes, it does look like a very good day with significant valid points being made.

I know that weve said about the timing of SY and various activities in Portugal coinciding with the Libel Trial and now some Solicitors have stated it clearly in Court. who is organising these things and are SY really complicit in trying to overshadow events so that reporting is on the Madeleine Murder inquiry (ref Sir BHH) and not the Libel/damages trial. If so why? why is a UK police force trying to influence media coverage for the McCs on one area and away from another. thought their job was to investigate crime not be fops for media interventions.

One comment from me regarding yesterdays court case:

The will to accept conspiracies in everything relating to this case is apparently not reserved for those that still read their tea leaves to decide on whether to hang their washing out, but seems to have affected studied lawyers as well.

Apparently all defense lawyers unanimously suggested that Scotland Yard - who take years and millions to finally decide on re-testing evidence from behind the sofa and the hired car - would be so organised and cunning to be able to orchestrate their visits to correlate with the hearings in the damages case. While both processes are due to a heap of unforseeable events, like the break-down in the portuguese justice system or the dismissal of lawyers on the day of the hearing...

And almost everybody seems to nod their heads in consent and cleverly remarks that this is what they have said and known all along...

Now here is a list of the court dates and the number of correlating visits by Scotland Yard in Portugal:

13th September 2013 - nada

8th July 2014 - nada (questioning had ended on 2nd July)

ONCE they were in Portugal at the time of a court hearing. This either shows extremely bad planning skills on the part of Scotland Yard or rather what can happen to crowd perception when enough numpties repeat after each other...

I was one of those who would have sworn SY had been in Portugal to coincide with the libel hearing more than once!

Pehaps a better 'indication' would be when OG WERE in Portugal but 'left' just 'days' before a trial 'date' appearance or 'show', by the McCanns.

16th June 2014 - nada ('Grange' searches had ended on 11th June) So OG 'left' just 5 days 'before' McCanns in Portugal.
8th July 2014 - nada ('Grange' questioning had ended on 2nd July) So, OG 'left' just 6 days 'before' McCanns in Portugal.
10th December 2014 - BINGO

And GrimeWatch, WITH OG, to the fore,  imo, 'timed' after ABYSSMAL 'failure' of McCann 'witnesses' at 'trial'
