the information you need about smith family
night of 3 of May at 22h00m they saw a man in PDL, with a child on his arms, that cross with them walking in the direction of the beach
pm
22:00???? Isn't this the time Kate raised the alarm??? Now this doen't make sense agian!!
Kate raise the alarm later
that time is not known by PJ, because they have diferent statements about that also
and from the beach to OC, walking normaly, it only takes 5 minutes - people say this because i never tried!
hmmmm, i don;t know Paula...I was sure kate raised the alarm then...and wasn't Gerry at the table at 22:00hrs?? He was at the table when Kate went to check which was around 22:00hrs....

Amaral on the interview (TVI) thread.....speaks about the timing....its worth reading!!
It could have been later as Mrs Fenn said she heard the commotion at 10.30 right after the news finished.....it also took them ages to call the police so it could have been later!

JP: And before the time that was announced? Before 10 pm which is the time that was…
GA: The time is not known because the reconstitution was not carried out, which could be important in order to define the times and to verify if they could have attended all that vigilance from the parents, every 10 or every 5 minutes, so if they were having dinner and all of a sudden almost nobody dined, isn’t it. But it seems that only one plate went back, a steak that had to be warmed up. It was necessary to understand who it was that failed to eat that steak and what everyone else ate, how long the dinner lasted, how long the meals take to be confectioned, and all of those things in order to understand it all afterwards.
The reconstitution was not carried out and from there on it’s difficult to know at what time it could have happened. There is one piece of data in terms of accurate time that evening, it exists and it concerns the little girl, it’s the time at which she left the nursery.

If your daughter was missing you spend longer that less than a minute on the fone telling your relatives? I mean they would be asking well where were you when she went missing etc
IMHO it looks staged. I remember when my daughter was in her early teens with a mobile fone she used to just dial people and then say 4 words and then hang up or just dial hoping you call her back, she was 13 at the time.

According to this, a resident in PDL saw Gerry McCann in a bar around midnight of the 3rd May, with John Hill, the manager of the holiday complex.

Amanda Hart registered this domain 5 days before Madeleine went missing. It's alleged both she and Diane Lazarus were then invited across to Portugal by friends of the McCanns.
Amanda Hart alleges she too had a child taken away from her at a very early age:

Amaral interview
I did read the whole thing Amber, just didn't take it all in (there was ALOT there!)
I still was under the impression, over and over, it has been implied, that the alarm was raised 'at about 10pm'
I do not think this was Gerry....i need more convincing.

Yes you are right...we were all led to believe this (10pm) time as we were also told that it was an abduction and that the shutters were tampered with....
But we know for a fact theat Fenn says she never heard anything (from the apartment above) until 10.30 after the news just ended on her tv and thats how she knows it was 10.30......also the police were not called for 40 minutes which is also a fact!
So this timing could be wrong like most of the other *facts* the McCanns put out!
Dont forget all the timing the police have is what the McCanns and their friends have told them and thats all been inconsistant.....so Smith could have seen Gerry and also lets not forget their tore up Maddies book to get this down on paper before the police got there.....
Maybe this was to get their alibis in place! Who knows maybe Gerry knew he'd been seen by Smith and co at the time so they worked it out last minute to change the timing!
Re: Case Files discussions
pm wrote:in Gerry's official statement to the PJ he states he had already been to Portugal in 1994. Thus, all we have heard about how they didn't know anyone, didn't know the terraine might not be quite as we were being told.
How come the journalists didn't pick up on this and try to find out where he stayed, what he did, and who he met? Might make for very interesting info...
These 2 are globe trotters and then they took money from the fund to pay their mortgage?

Who knows maybe Gerry knew he'd been seen by Smith and co at the time so they worked it out last minute to change the timing!
ok ok lol i am nearly convinced!
I just thought it was a definite that it was 10pm that kate raised the alarm...

I will ask this better
Amaral interview
I did read the whole thing Amber, just didn't take it all in (there was ALOT there!)

What about staff at the Tapas Restaurant - wouldn't they be able to confirm the time as there would've been a bit of a commotion going on wouldn't there? If it was later or earlier than 10pm surely this would have been picked up??
