I don't think it's in many processed foods as it's expensive. It's in Booja Booja Stuff In A Tub*, which I like and thought it must be healthier because it was sweetened with agave.
* Like ice cream only it's vegan.
Re: Who is on a diet at the moment
Just to let you all know I have lost half a stone in exactly four months! I haven't joined a club or anything which is why its a bit slow but I put it down to mainly just keeping active and avoiding processed foods. I have been following this thread from the start and have found some of the comments and ideas very helpful. I shall let you know how it continues to go because if I can finally get down to a 'normal' weight then anyone can!!!
Oh, my BMI is still 33 which is not good. I worked it out on the BOOTS website.

Re: Who is on a diet at the moment
buildersbum.. well done..you lost a stone that is great...when i get a crave i love 'marmite rice crackers' (Asda) topped with cottage cheese from (Asda), the one that has red pepper and onion in it..It's a tangy very low cal snack and works for me. Only 100 cals for 2 crackers and two large tablespoon cottage cheese. Also what junk food do you crave and what are the alternatives? How many cals a day?
A mini fish from chipie isn't that high in cals and with a salad and one slice thin Bread n butter.
Hope this helps......nan GO TO 'WEIGHT LOSS RESCOURCES' a very good site for calories in all foods.

Within the theories of drug and alcohol addiction there is the Abstinence Violation Effect. The AVE is about the guilt of having strayed and how many people then just give up because they feel bad about themselves. This is an extreme example of what some people trying to lose weight experience after a deviation in their good intentions, but remember, yesterday is gone, and every moment is one in which you can start all over again. If tomorrow you have a burger, then the following day, no burger. Enjoy the burger and then re-make your plans! If you're gonna eat a burger, enjoy it!
Re: Who is on a diet at the moment

Good thinking lubelle! It's so easy to give up and think badly of yourself for succumbing! We just need to give ourselves a break and decide to choose to have a guilt-free sweetie!

Re: Who is on a diet at the moment
I've had a pack of very dangerous chocolate given to me. Not only does it call my name, but it demands to sit on my desk and it draws my hand into the pack and won't let go. "Cristaux des Alpes," pays de Savoie, and it's my son's fault for bringing this back from Les Trois Vallées. Be warned!
Re: Who is on a diet at the moment

You were got at in the supermarket! I can tell! Those things really shout out and draw you in, yelling, "Take me home. I'm so lonely." There should be signs at the ends of the aisles. "Stay away if you are of a sensitive disposition."
