I notice that the Sky News article says their arguido status was lifted. It doesn't say they were cleared.

And oh Lord, please that let the gruesome twosome get lifted!

McCanns to arrive shortly......kick off in half an hour. Notice Martin Brunt saying 'Mr Amaral' and 'The McCanns'!

If the whole thing is due to kick off at 9.30am, the McCanns are cutting it fine, they have done some more slinking....in the back door, or Clarence has arranged for the press to arrive after the celebs!

Do we know for certain that thne Hearing is to be held behind closed doors, if so, nothing to report!!!

Iv"e just checked out sky live and there is nothing after the 9.05am comment, does this mean something wrong with sky or nothing to report because the doors are closed? No photos of the crowds behind the barriers, or
Police outside the Courthouse, maybe sky have been told to "move on".

at this rate i'll have to go back to defrosting the freezer - warmest place in the house. Brunty looked totally cheesed off - but then he always does.

I like the way it's worded on Sky- the Amaral libel trial..not the McCanns' attempt to gag GA, which would be more accurate.

I bet the McCanns really don't like the publicity when it involves trying to uphold the banning of a book.If they succeed though, we must be ready for the 'McCanns win libel case' spin...

im gobsmacked after reading joanna morais news regarding the banning of all amarals pj witnesses including the chap who archived the case - for god sake!

I gather you are having the same problem, nothing since 9.05am.maybe sky jumped the gun, but surely they would have known if the Hearing was being held in camera? If there was a technical hitch, sky would have
announced it by now.

Guess you can safely do the washing up , Iv"e just checked out Sky News and they are saying "follow live
coverage on Live Blog@skynews.com. Is that a different link to the one we have? They just showed photos of the M cCanns arriving at the Courthouse, looking relaxed.
