They want to be able to come up with responses to any evidence he does or does not produce? Perhaps, though, they won't be so keen if Amaral takes the stand after all of his witnesses.

Now I see the MCcanns laywer is arguing that the police files cd can't be submitted. In other words the police files agree with Amaral's book. As has been said all along. So how on earth if no evidence is allowed can justice be seen to be done.
