Yes. It's no secret. Her father is a former Attorney-General of the Republic called Cunha Rodrigues. After him, came Souto Moura and now Pinto Monteiro.

Now, let's get this clear: it doesn't mean just because she's his daughter, she was partial, but, sometimes those things are not good. A different decision from her part, could mean the archival of the process wasn't the best option, putting all the things in a sort of collision route, with the General-Attorney's decision, IMO.

This is one of the big boys of the Portuguese Judiciary.
