Do you feel somewhat frustrated because the Madeleine case wasn't concluded?
Not exactly, in the Madeleine McCann case there was always plenty evidence and those are in the process. The solution to the Maddie case is in the process. I never had any doubts whatsoever of what took place that day of May 3, 2007. I didn't have doubts nor did the British police, the parents of the child were the ones who had doubts. There are more ideas of what happened in this process than in Rui Pedro's case.

How to prove the Judiciary Police thesis?
If a reconstruction of the events of that day had been enacted that would be enough. However Kate and Gerry McCann refused to participate. It's a shame.

Did you have many unsolved cases in the 30 years working for the Judiciary Police?
A few, not many. But I've spent most of my time working in drug trafficking cases. In the Azores, I got two unsolved homicide cases, but they were old cases of the 80's

How many times have I said this and whose fault was it? I"m afraid I blame the PJ because the McCanns were in Portugal for 4 months and all the
OC staff would also have been available. The PJ rented the Apartment for a year in July 2007. The McCanns and Tapas 7 daren"t refuse because
Madeleine was still "findable" after 3 months .

Sorry, Panda, you can't blame just the PJ for the fact that there was no reconstruction. There were many elements involved and a lot of diplomatic pressure which unfortunately prevented this from happening.

Kate Marie Healy arguida in the case referred to above, having been notified (page 3947) expresses her availability to participate in the reconstruction of the events on the second of the dates suggested, in other words on the 15 and 16th of next May. Her husband, Gerry McCann has also already expressed his availability.

It's the difference between accepting things at face value and actually looking at the wider picture.

Well the wider picture includes legal advice, advice from Prior and knowledge that the PJ had already tried to include Oldfield in the handling of the body of Madeleine and the attempt to get Kate to confess to the crime.

If the Tapas group knew they personally werent involved in anything illegal and believed the McCanns were not involved then why would they go against legal advice and possibly get themselves arguidoed for something they didnt do?

if the tapas had fears of being made arguido...so what...they could just jump on a plane asap after the recon
