Oh gawd, here we go again - the McCanns cosying up to someone who really does deserve some sympathy in order to enhance their victimhood status.

If only he alone had launched the petition, fair play - he, in his circumstances, has every right to ask for more stringent measures.
But not when he has a McCann perched on each shoulder.
Not when there are cuckoos in the nest.

The McCanns will latch onto anyone they think might enhance their own image. No shame. They're leaches.

Looks like the Ugly Fairy can have a night off.Certainly looks like their paying the price for all those lies.

One reason why the establishment can't be bothered with them is the knowledge that they are stewing plenty in their own ransid juices.

I suspect thats the only justice they will ever see.So sad that the twins have to suffer this for the rest of their lives.

A sad pair, the only tie binding them their joint responsibility for what happened to their daughter.

THE last thing we need is for our Press to be muzzled. Newspaper reporters should be like terriers, sniffing out good stories — and must be allowed to do their job.
But if Parliament gets involved then those MPs fiddling their expenses — who were caught bang to rights by good old-fashioned journalism — would never have been exposed.
Readers deserve newspapers with teeth. If the Government starts to interfere in Press freedom the only winners are those with something to hide.

Seems like Lorraine Kelly thinks the press should be like terriors with the exception of the McCanns!

Oh dear, Lorraine really needs to be in a darkened room (and possibly padded) for her own protection - as long as she doesn't come anywhere near mine!

I reckon that the Dynamic Duo will be joining her on the sofa again soon to discuss how they are continuing to put the world to rights.

Just saw Gerry on the news. Why oh why is he the front man being interviewed when other people are the ones that have really suffered? Gerry has now bitten two hands that have fed him, the press and David Cameron who put 3 million pounds worth of tax payers money into the review for this vile pair.

When will 'the free press' expose them for what they are and start printing the real facts of this case?

Are there ANY investigative journalists in the U.K.? Here in Canada our local newspaper, The Toronto Star, have excellent investigative staff who routinely look into matters that require "exposing" usually resulting in charges being laid and/or changes in the laws regulating certain types of establishments, etc.

Back in the days of the Mirror blog regarding Madeleine, I recall comments saying that there were any number of journalists who were itching for the day when they could write the "real" story. I often wonder where these reporters are now; I suppose Murdoch has them gagged.

Poor little Madeleine whose parents show no respect for her by continuing with their pathetic facade.
