Can't remember who it is now but she's worked out loads of stuff from the cryptic clues. I found her answers by tracing the tweet replies etc. Apparently you have to write down all the capitals and eventually over lots of tweets they make sentences. The one you mention is NOTW FEE. There's also Cameron Halted Met Probe. Yates to Resign. Paid Bribe and another is Resign before Bribes Review. Lots of references to DC but I can't remember any others now.

Cameron is in the brown stuff.
My bet is by Thursday!!!!

Either out of Downing Street, Questioned or Arrested.

Yes, I know the tweeter didn't mention the cuckoos nest - but she's obviously expects her readers to finish it themselves, as she left a row of dots at the end. It's a very well-known rhyme and she knows perfectly well that most people will be able to finish it, even if they have to look it up. Of course the cuckoos nest may not be the important thing, it may be the east and west, but the fact that 'cuckoos nest' used to be a slang expression for a mental institution is interesting (well, to me anyway). She's obviously a clever person, that's for sure.

Another tweeter has asked if the "One Flew East" clue is SNP related and her reply was Bingo! Interesting stuff.

Must be Olaf Swantee -he`s head of Orange.

We had OEFENFWT in one clue and OSTLFW in another. We`re short of a couple of A`s though.
